Anthurium in Blue

from $750.00

I created this piece in the fall of 2022; after shooting Into the Tropics trio, I wanted to bring the camera closer to the subject matter to give the viewer the effect of being enveloped in the madness of this composition. Obake anthurium from Hawaii and bright pink heliconia from Costa Rica anchor this piece, while layers of dates, melons, bananas, birds and bugs take over in an unforgiving fashion. The result is truly a feast for the eyes.
